You are paid 8 cents per mile of your base rate as Per Diem that is non-taxable.
On your anniversary, you will receive a 1/2 cent increase and a 1/2 cent
increase every year thereafter up to a maximum of $0.50 per mile.
Any additional stops made enroute to final delivery are paid $15.00 per
additional stop.
Detention begins at the end of the 2nd hour after the appointment time and will be paid at a rate or $12.00 per hour provided the arrival is on time.
You will be paid $45.00 for unloading a full trailer load. A straight
run-off pays $10.00 per stop. All authorized expenses are
reimbursed.
Any driver that delivers a load within the five boroughs
of New York City (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten
Island, and Long Island City) will receive $50.00 in additional
pay.
Benefits do not begin until the driver has completed his/her probationary
period of (90) days.

Six
holidays paid per year:Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years
Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
Earnings
are directly deposited to your checking/savings account.
NAPA pays (3) Sick Days annually (One sick day is earned
every four months totaling 3 in a given year.) These days do
not transfer from one calendar year to the next.
NAPA Drivers receive (1) Paid Personal
Day that can be taken at their discretion, provided
request and approval are granted two weeks in advance.
After 1 year of service, you will be eligible to enroll in our
401k plan. |
After one year continual service, you will receive one week paid
After two years continual service - 2 weeks

After ten years continual service - 3 weeks paid
Health insurance is available on the first of the month following 90 days from the date of hire.
After 6 months of service, you will be eligible to enroll in
our Credit Union.
